Nutritional Yeast Flakes

• Ingredient Testing – QNL requires that scientific laboratory testing is performed on all raw and finished products. These tests include Bioenergetic testing, HPCS (High-Performance Crystal Spectroscopy), HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), AA (Atomic Absorption), Microbiological Analyses and DNA testing.
• Violite Packaging - Protecting Precious Nutrients. Our bottles are custom-color manufactured (dark violet color) to block light-damaging frequencies. We use phthalate-free, non-toxic PET bottles because they can achieve a better induction seal than glass to block oxygen.

These nutritional flakes are made with a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (that is specially grown on molasses) which has undergone a fermentation process under carefully controlled conditions. This product does not encourage candida or other yeast growth.

To enliven any dish, add 1 or 2 tablespoons to a salad, soup or main dish to give it a hearty, cheesy taste. Children (and even pets) love it.
