Why Cultured Foods?
These freshly fermented foods are essential for your healing and for feeding your friendly gut flora. We all have an abundance of gut flora, though sometimes it becomes imbalanced and compromised from eating the wrong foods, taking antibiotics, birth control pills, or living a high-stress lifestyle. These circumstances can deplete our GOOD gut flora, which can cause the bad guys to take over and make us feel low. The good guys need to exist in abundance in your gut so that you stay healthy and strong.
