Yogurt & Cheesemaking: (Advanced) In this class, you will learn how to make vegan cultures. Make kefir, nut or seed cheeses using probiotics. We will make Coconut Kefir, Cashew Herb Cheese, Almond Feta Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and Seed Crackers. (Keto friendly)

As with all of my recipes, there are no dairy or animal products in our cultured cheeses)
