Well in this rare opportunity (not being offered again until late April), Chef Elaina Love will be offering two, 1 1/2 hour plant-based cooking classes. Learn from her 20 years of experience as a raw and cooked, vegan chef, how to nourish your body and make dishes that will satisfy you and your family on a daily basis.
Everyday Gluten-Free Plant Foods:
  • Easy Flatbread- A delicious veggie seed bread that bakes up quickly without needing to knead or raise it. No yeast or grains are in this quick bread.
  • Honey "Butter"- A super flavorful anti-inflammatory "butter" to top your flatbread
  • Marinated Kale Salad- Easy to digest and packed with nutrition
  • Seasoned quinoa- An alkalizing alternative to rice
  • Sunflower "Tuna" Pate- sprouted sunflower seeds, seasoned to taste like tuna. It makes a great lunch or dinner topping on your salad.
  • Red Bell Pepper Dressing- This can be used as a salad dressing or an awesome sauce to top your quinoa or any hot dishes.
  • Superfood Smoothie- Learn a quick and easy smoothie you can make every day to nourish your body.
  • Chocolate Mousse Pudding- Dairy-free, and a quick and easy delicious dessert

Please note classes are limited to 10 people and will be on a first come/first served basis. If the class is full, the next 5 people will be placed on a waiting list and the remainder will be refunded.
