Italian food is a world wide favorite – what most people don’t realize is that it doesn’t have to be covered in mozzarella and parmesan to taste amazing. Together we will create an authentic plant based Italian cuisine using all gluten-free, organic, local, vegan and mostly raw ingredients. Learn Elaina Love’s unique tried and tested Italian recipes, techniques, textures, and flavors to create a 5-course Italian meal at home.

Venue

Our desert oasis is situated in the northern hills of Marana, just outside of Tucson. Come enjoy the scenery while getting out of the summer heat.
